Data Scientists/Programmer (Python)
HORAIZON is looking for a data scientist and scientific programmer to join our growing team. We build AI-powered tools that transform how the world understands gut health, from image-based microbiome profiling to multi-omics analytics. Our work is published in leading journals and deployed in both clinical and research settings.
You will work with our DeepBiomics and MicrobeLink platforms, developing machine learning models and web applications that make microbiome science accessible and actionable. We collaborate closely with academic medical centers, veterinary institutions, and nutrition researchers across the Netherlands and beyond.
